HR Operations:

• Responsible for computation of employee payroll, administration of government mandated, and company benefits, including incentives, loans, and allowances, and updating employee records.

• Check and validate attendance records, hours rendered, pay adjustments, amend discrepancies, and disseminate payroll announcements to the employees.

• Provide assistance to employees in answering and resolving compensation and benefits related problems, orient newly eligible employees and process enrollment forms, changes and loan requests.

• Provide accurate computation of annual income tax and timely remittance of monthly withholding taxes on salaries and wages to the BIR.

• Prepare 13th month computation of all employees.

• Process and endorse new employees in securing ATM Cards from the payroll servicing bank.

• Process the filing of employees’ maternity, sickness, and other benefits with SSS, and ensure complete requirements and documents are submitted.

• Computes all other benefits (retirement, separation, leave conversion, maternity, sickness, etc.).

• Join weekly meetings with the HR team to align with the objectives and discuss areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with department managers/ supervisors to ensure timely communication, execution, and completion of the performance evaluations and monthly KPI assessment.

• Conduct frequent audits and assessments to ensure all company processes are properly followed.

• Review payroll processes and suggest or implement interventions.


Labor Relations and Compliance:

• Act as the single point of contact for any labor related issues and serve as a representative of the company.

• Ensure all the HR practices and actions taken by the company are in accordance with the Labor Laws of the Philippines.

• Stay up to date on the Philippine Labor Laws, Legal Holidays.

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• With at least 3 years of Compensation and Benefits/ HR Generalist / Labor Relations experience in any industry executing relevant HR functions.

• Proficient with business applications: Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, Etc.

• With high emotional quotient to handle difficult situations.

• Outstanding critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Has experience in manual processing of payroll.
