- Assist clients and internal stakeholders in defining solutions and business proposals that align with business requirements, regulations and operational viability.
- Has the ability to strategically solve complex problems, and present findings and recommendations to clients and/or stakeholders using business proposals, presentation decks, and various communication techniques.
- Develop and implement effective business and process strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and change management efforts.
- Identify and assess project risks, and develop corresponding risk management strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer/regulatory requirements and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, technology, web3, and/or consulting industry
- Must have problem solving ability and experience. Experience in consulting is a plus
- Familiar with the principles of tokenization technology and its application scenarios in various industries
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental teams
- Fluent in English and Chinese
