• In-charge with the end-to-end store-based training in face to face or hybrid/blended learning options.
- Confirms and sets up the venue of training prior to the date.
- Design and implement training programs, ensuring staff is equipped with necessary skills in customer service and food handling.
- Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make data-driven improvements.
- Maintain training records and collaborate with the management and different departments to identify future training needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Food & Beverages industry to incorporate best practices into training.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Proficient in presentation and public speaking
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Patient and approachable for trainees
· Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
· Resourceful with a can-do attitude
· Passionate about continuous learning and development
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any 4-year course
· At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resource and/or Training
· Experience in food service industry is an advantage
· Willing to work onsite at Quezon City and travel to stores from time to time
· Teaching experience is an advantage
