- Lead the sales team towards achieving maximum profitability and growth aligned with company vision and values.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Plan and implement new sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Provide on-the-ground support to the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Promote the company's existing brand and introductions to further develop the consultancy and management services sector.
- Foster a successful and collaborative team environment, coaching and mentoring team members.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships for Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Applicants should possess 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (Preferably: with experience in PRINTING SERVICES/STICKER PRINTING)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in financial analysis, strategic communication, marketing strategies, and business development are essential. Ability to use CRM software effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, and strategize marketing efforts.
