Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the sticker printing sector. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  1. Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive.
  1. Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
  1. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals effectively.
  • Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
  1. Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the printing or advertising industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
