- Prospecting and identifying potential new clients and business opportunities
- Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Negotiating and closing deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to foster long-term loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Providing detailed reports and updates on sales activities and business development progress
- Assist Store Opening from compliance for business permit, product pricing, marketing promotional, logistics of initial products, etc.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in using relevant business development and sales tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
