The successful candidate will play a key role in crafting engaging content that showcases our projects, values, and achievements. This is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity with purpose while contributing to a dynamic team in the construction industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts that showcase completed projects, team milestones, and company culture.
- Manage the scheduling of social media posts and curate relevant news and content to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Write and review press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other written content to support marketing efforts.
- Design infographics and other visually appealing materials to enhance social media and marketing content.
- Monitor social media channels, promptly responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.
- Track and analyze key metrics, including audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions, to assess campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather ideas and align content with organizational goals.
- Stay informed on social media trends and emerging tools, recommending creative and innovative campaign ideas.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the role and overall marketing objectives.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform tools).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a part-time schedule.
- Knowledge or interest in the construction industry is a plus!
- Amenable to work on-site in our Manila or Cebu Office.
