Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Product Trainer at JK Rimando Outsourcing. The Product Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, developing presentations, coaching and development, drive overall performance, utilizing analytical skills for training evaluation, and communicating effectively with agents.
