- Facilitate candidate life cycle related to Candidate Experience administration such as but not limited to offering administration, and new hire packets.
- Facilitate talent acquisition administration and communication from candidates, interview schedule/invites, test administration, background checks, and other relevant new hire/pre-boarding back-end processes.
- Partners and collaborates with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on new hire updates and ensures proper reporting and documentation are updated accordingly
- Responsible for document management related to recruiting/talent onboarding.
- Maintains TA new hire data and movement data in the system to ensure a high degree of data quality.
- Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management.
- Ensures document archiving of all candidate-related-related documents in the TA system.
- Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of TA processes and practices across the organization.
- Responsible for data reports, whenever applicable and relevant to scope.
- Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.
- Keeps the data updated and accurate in the relevant Hiring Tool/ERP system and corrects whenever applicable data if needed.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- With a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or related fields.
- With at least two (2) years of solid and comprehensive experience handling US client
- Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and execution of Hiring/ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting.
- Proficient in Talent/Onboarding and Employee Data Process administration/management.
Competencies:
- Knowledge and experience in Talent and Onboarding Administration
- Knowledge and working experience in interview scheduling tools, background check vendors, and/or working experience in any related ATS/Hiring/ERP system.
- Has excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office systems and tools (ie. excel, word), google workspace is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural/matrix and shared services environment
- Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team
and stakeholders.
