Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Supervisor (Employee Services) at Vikings Group of Companies in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Human Resources Supervisor (Employee Services) will be responsible for assisting employee’s compensation & benefits, compliance, and disciplinary actions.


Qualifications


  • Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accountancy, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as HR Supervisor in compensation & benefits or employee services
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and labor law
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE compliance
  • Willing to be assigned in ASEANA, Parañaque
  • Must be amenable to start ASAP

  • Compressed work week schedule. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
