About the Role
We are hiring for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Only candidates who can start immediately will be considered. The successful candidate is expected to collaborate and partner with regional leaders to manage recruitment process.
This is a 100% remote role that accepts part-time candidates (5 hours per day.) We have a flexible work schedule but observe core business hours between 3pm PHT to 8pm PHT where we have calls with colleagues in the Philippines and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project contacts to gather technical hiring needs and devise strategic recruiting plans.
- Source, evaluate, and interview top-tier candidates to assess technical prowess, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
- Employ advanced sourcing techniques using state-of-the-art tools, online platforms, and strategic networking.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Cultivate and maintain an exclusive pipeline of exceptional talent for current and future positions.
- Reaching out to prospects of technical roles, which includes (but is not limited to), cold calling, research, networking, internet and social media utilization, and joining industry or community events.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging best practices in technical recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Holders of technical degrees (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering) highly preferred.
- Recent experience as a technical recruiter, able to fill highly technical roles in Software Development and Systems Administration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-caliber candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a relentless pursuit of excellence and results.

What it takes to be part of the team?
- You must have an active wired Internet connection subscription (DSL, Fiber, or Cable) with a reputable ISP that has nationwide coverage.
- Excellent command of the English language (listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing) in a professional setting is absolutely required.
- You must be comfortable working with a globally distributed, multi-cultural and diverse team across different time zones daily.
