Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential franchisees through various lead-generation methods.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with interested candidates.
• Explain the benefits, terms, and operational structure of the franchise.
• Guide prospects through the application and onboarding process.
• Negotiate and close franchise deals.
• Maintain relationships with franchisees to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchising.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
• Knowledge of franchising is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
