The Project-Based Recruiter will be responsible with the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to confirm talent selection for the defined roles considered to be critical and high in volume within the agreed deliverable timeline.


Sourcing, Screening and Selection

  • Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and direct reach.
  • Participate with the requirement alignment with the HRBP and the Hiring Managers to understand the preference, profile matching and negotiations.
  • Screen resumes, schedule & conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for their competencies, experience, and cultural fit based from the calibration & job requirements.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to the HR Business Partner for the behavioral interview.
  • Ensure that the job application progress is within the prescribe turn-around-time until final interview and selection.
  • Promote and deliver a positive recruitment experience of the candidates from the date of application until hiring decision.
  • Collect salary documents and endorse via HR System for salary analysis and job offer letter release.
  • Facilitate the job offer discussion with the candidate.

Pre-Employment and Onboarding

  • Assist the candidate for the pre-employment requirement and ensure that it is uploaded in the HR System within the agreed timeline.
  • Ensure that the HR System is updated real-time based on the application progress.
  • Endorse the candidate for their first day on the onboarding journey.

Administration

  • Handle day to day administrative tasks related to recruitment.


Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent courses.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in end to end recruitment, Talent Management.
  • Familiarity with working in high volume recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong knowledge in recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Facebook, Indeed, etc.)
  • Familiarity in using Applicant Tracking System, Data Management and Metrics.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to details to ensure compliance with the documents needed.
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal to the Stakeholders.
