Operations and Accounts Trainer

The Work:

• Identify learning gaps across teams and prepare data-driven TNA reports.
• Collaborate on the design of engaging e-learning and classroom modules.
• Standardize and enhance training materials for consistent delivery.
• Facilitate a variety of programs including onboarding, system/product/process training, and upskilling initiatives.
• Deliver learning through various platforms — virtual, classroom, and on-the-job.
• Assess training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and report outcomes.
• Keep training files, materials, and calendars updated and organized.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in learning and development or training delivery
• Open to Fresh graduates, Teachers, Career Shifters
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms
• Can start ASAP
