  • Represent the brand positively through appearance, attitude, and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing coordination, or client relations in the beauty or wellness sector
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or client consultation, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to upsell treatments, memberships, and retail products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation
  • Experience with website management, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid advertising strategies, and audience targeting
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Familiarity with CRM software, appointment booking systems, and basic digital marketing
  • Strong networking, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks, events, and promotions simultaneously
  • Experience working with vendors, beauty professionals, and clients
  • Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and salon/spa services
  • Knowledge of spa, salon, and aesthetic treatments (e.g., skincare, facials, laser, injectables) is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance to represent the brand positively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client demand
