Front End Dev Lead

1. Responsible for front-end requirements analysis, system design, and development work;

2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the front-end system, ensuring stable and reliable operation;

3. Solve various complex problems, core code writing, and participate in the accumulation of technical components and architecture;

4. Promote excellent technologies, software engineering methods, processes, and standards within the team;

5. Responsible for team technical management, guiding and training development engineers to enhance the technical level of the development team;

6. Plan and formulate project plans, quantify tasks, allocate reasonably, guide development, and coordinate collaboration between members of various project departments.

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in computer science or software engineering;

2. Familiar with and proficient in at least one MVVM framework, such as：React;

3. More than 5 years of front-end development experience (candidates with outstanding abilities are not subject to this limit);

4. Familiar with front-end engineering and related build tools, such as (webpack, Yarn, Babel, ESlint);

5. Familiar with Node.js and mainstream development frameworks (Next.js, Koa.js, Egg.js) or have experience in other backend languages such as PHP, Java;

6. Possess good communication skills, summarization skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
