Job Opportunity: Client-Facing IT Support Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Client-Facing IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for resolving escalated issues within service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves fieldwork and requires strong troubleshooting skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to clients.
- Communicate the progress of tickets effectively.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations on issue resolutions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- A degree in an IT-related course is required.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
