Python Developer

We are a growing company focused on leveraging automation and AI to improve business efficiency. We’re looking for a talented and reliable Python Developer who can support internal projects by building scripts for batch file processing and designing workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Cursor.

• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate file processing tasks (e.g., renaming files, extracting data from PDFs, converting formats).
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Cursor.
• Integrate APIs and automate repetitive tasks across platforms (Google Drive, Notion, Slack, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to increase reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with our internal operations and strategy teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as pandas, openpyxl, PyPDF2, pytesseract, etc.
• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, Dify, Cursor, or similar tools.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in software development or workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly.
• Bonus: experience with OCR, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API), or low-code/AI agent tools.
