Implementations Project Specialist

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.

2. One year of experience in a relevant field is required.

3. Experience with data migration is a must.

4. Proficient in Excel with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

5. Willing to learn or have prior experience with Guru, Talkdesk, and Mixmax

6. Excellent project management skills; capable of overseeing 40 projects at once while delivering prompt client follow-ups
