1. Recruitment & Sourcing Support

  • Job Posting Management: Assist in publishing, updating, and monitoring job openings across various online job boards and career platforms.
  • Initial Screening: Help review incoming resumes against basic job requirements and assist in conducting initial phone screenings or preliminary interviews.
  • Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

2. Personnel Records & 201 Filing

  • Data Maintenance: Assist in updating and organizing physical and digital 201 files (official employee records) to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
  • Document Control: Encode, scan, and track standard HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding checklists, and government-mandated requirements.

3. Timekeeping & Administrative Operations

  • Attendance Tracking: Assist in gathering, checking, and reconciling daily time logs, attendance sheets, and biometrics data for timekeeping purposes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of office supplies, HR forms, and company assets assigned to employees.
  • General Admin: Provide daily administrative support to the HR and Admin department as needed.
