Edutube is a platform designed for self-learners who gain knowledge from YouTube but often lack formal recognition for their efforts. It allows users to watch curated educational playlists, take AI-generated quizzes based on the content, and earn verified certificates using blockchain technology. By integrating EduChain for authentication and IPFS for decentralized storage, Edutube ensures that skills acquired outside traditional educational systems are securely validated and recognized.
The platform also includes features such as user progress tracking, course-based rankings, and an anti-cheat system to maintain credibility and trust.
Currently, Edutube is in its beta phase with 300+ active users from Jagannath University, Jaipur. Weโve also launched a pilot phase, allowing selected students to access and test the platform. This early usage has given us valuable feedback and momentum.
We have ambitious plans for the future โ from launching on the mainnet to going global, our mission is to enhance and validate self-learning experiences from platforms like YouTube and empower learners worldwide.
