The chatbot leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) capabilities powered by Voiceflow and the GPT-4 API. Its primary function is to streamline access to legal information and services, making the justice system more accessible to the general public.
Key features of the chatbot include answering queries related to court procedures, legal documentation, judiciary data, and services. It can assist users in looking up case details, providing guidance on how to file petitions, and even summarizing legal documents. Moreover, it is equipped with the ability to search and retrieve relevant sections from the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Constitution of India, offering precise legal references when needed.
The chatbot is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, offering real-time, conversational support for both legal professionals and the general public. It operates 24/7 to provide instant access to information, reducing the need for users to manually search through complex legal texts or wait for human assistance.
