描述
Blitz Arena is a GameFi+Social project built on the Mantle Testnet, focusing on the blockchain gaming tournament ecosystem and providing a one-stop tournament solution for users. The platform integrates 5 casual competitive games, enabling on-chain tournament creation, registration and settlement. It uses MNT as the settlement token and BLZ as the platform's deflationary incentive token, building a sustainable economic model. Core features include an on-chain level and achievement system, gas-free off-chain social functions (friend matching, real-time chat), smart contract anti-cheat mechanisms and multi-wallet support. Through the design of "on-chain ownership + off-chain interaction", it balances Web3 technical characteristics and user experience. Built on Next.js, Solidity and Wagmi, it is deeply optimized for Mantle's low-gas advantage, greatly lowering the barrier to Web3 gaming and creating a lightweight GameFi platform with both competitiveness and sociality.

Problems
High Web3 gaming barriers: Wallet operations and Gas costs deter new users; most projects prioritize on-chain features over user experience, leading to low adoption rates.
Segregated social and competitive layers: Existing GameFi lacks lightweight social scenarios (e.g., real-time chat, team play); user retention relies solely on token airdrops with weak long-term stickiness.
Fragile tokenomics: Single-token infinite minting without deflationary mechanisms, resulting in value dilution and inflationary death spirals common in GameFi 1.0.
Underdeveloped tournament infrastructure: No one-stop solution for tournament creation, automated settlement, and anti-cheat verification; developers and users face cumbersome off-chain and on-chain operations.
Solutions
A lightweight GameFi+Social platform built on the Mantle Testnet, adopting an on-chain ownership + off-chain interaction model to address core pain points:
Low-threshold access: Multi-wallet support (RainbowKit/Wagmi) + demo mode (no wallet required); gas-free off-chain social features (friend matching, real-time chat) via localStorage.
Integrated social-competition experience: 5 casual competitive games integrated with on-chain level/achievement systems and tournament-specific chat rooms to boost user interaction and retention.
Dual-token economy: MNT (Mantle’s native token) as the settlement token (low acquisition barrier for users) and BLZ as a deflationary incentive token (fixed total supply + burn mechanism) to balance value and user motivation.
One-stop tournament tools: Smart contracts (GameFactory/GameInstance) enable on-chain tournament creation, automated prize settlement, and anti-cheat verification; a visual frontend interface supports one-click tournament deployment and management.
Business Model
Core Revenue: 10% transaction fee on all tournament activities (entry fees, prize pool management fees); 30% of fees are used for BLZ buyback and burn to enhance token scarcity.
Value-Added Services: Premium features (priority tournament registration, exclusive achievement badges, customized chat rooms) charged in BLZ/MNT to meet high-value user demands.
Ecosystem Partnerships: Provide white-label tournament infrastructure for Mantle ecosystem projects and game developers, charging technical service fees and revenue sharing.
Long-Term Monetization: After reaching scale, integrate targeted ads and NFT peripheral issuance; distribute profits to BLZ stakers to form a sustainable ecological closed loop and increase token utility.
Roadmap
Short-term (1-3 months): Finalize hackathon deliverables, optimize smart contract security and frontend user experience; apply for the Mantle Ecosystem Grant to support technical iteration and audit.
Mid-term (3-6 months): Deploy on the Mantle Mainnet; launch BLZ staking and dividend functions; integrate 3-5 third-party casual games to enrich the tournament ecosystem.
Long-term (6-12 months): Build an open developer platform with tournament APIs; launch an NFT achievement system tied to in-game performance; achieve commercialization and large-scale user growth (target 100,000+ registered users).
