Z0tz — Stablecoin Private Experience

Z0tz is a gasless confidential stablecoin wallet designed to make privacy the default user experience in Web3. Built with Fhenix CoFHE, ERC-4337 account abstraction, P-256 passkeys, stealth addresses, and a custom paymaster, Z0tz lets users hold, send, bridge, and use stablecoins without seed phrases, without ETH for gas, and without exposing their wallet identity or balances on-chain. Instead of treating privacy as an optional feature, Z0tz makes it architectural: encrypted balances, pseudonymous accounting, stealth-routed payments, and confidential DeFi flows are built directly into the wallet. Through Tezcatli vaults, users can access shielded Aave V3 yield, while the upcoming dApps tab extends the same privacy model to WalletConnect-enabled protocols such as Aave, Uniswap, and other permissionless applications. Z0tz is not just a private wallet. It is a privacy wallet layer for stablecoins, DeFi, and future Fhenix dApps. Fhenix encrypts computation. Z0tz encrypts the user. 🦇

Description

Z0tz is a gasless confidential stablecoin wallet and privacy infrastructure layer for Web3 onboarding.

It combines passkey-based authentication, encrypted balances, stealth payments, and gasless execution to let users interact with stablecoins and dApps without seed phrases, without holding ETH for gas, and without exposing their wallet identity by default.

Built on Fhenix CoFHE, ERC-4337 account abstraction, P-256/WebAuthn passkeys, stealth address routing, and relayer/paymaster infrastructure, Z0tz turns privacy into a native wallet primitive instead of an optional feature. Users can create wallets with device-native passkeys, receive funds through stealth addresses, view encrypted balances, execute gasless transactions, and interact across EVM testnets through a privacy-first architecture.

The project has evolved from CLI and Electron prototypes into a broader wallet ecosystem that includes an Android APK testnet demo, confidential WalletConnect-style dApp interactions, cross-chain-ready flows, and an SDK/API direction for external dApps, protocols, and institutions.

Z0tz focuses on three core categories: wallet infrastructure, privacy infrastructure, and onboarding. Its goal is to make private stablecoin usage simple enough for everyday users while remaining composable for DeFi, Fhenix applications, and compliance-aware integrations.

Fhenix encrypts computation. Z0tz encrypts the user. 🦇

Progress During Hackathon

During this buildathon, Z0tz progressed from a privacy wallet prototype into a more practical wallet and infrastructure stack. The main focus was polishing the Android APK experience so testers can try Z0tz directly on mobile. We improved the APK flow for passkey-based onboarding, stealth address display, encrypted balance UX, gasless testnet interactions, and tester-friendly actions such as copying addresses and requesting testnet USDC. The Android build also kept the privacy-first model intact, with local wallet storage, secure device-backed handling, and a public build designed with no telemetry by default. In parallel, we developed the foundation for Z0tz B2B API services. This work moves Z0tz beyond a standalone wallet and toward infrastructure that dApps, protocols, and institutions can integrate. The API direction focuses on exposing Z0tz privacy primitives such as passkey smart accounts, stealth address routing, encrypted balance flows, gasless execution, relayer/paymaster support, and compliance-aware controls. This wave helped validate both sides of the product: a user-facing Android wallet for onboarding and testing, and an integration layer for partners that want to embed private stablecoin wallet infrastructure into their own applications.

Fundraising Status

Z0tz has not received any formal funding round to date. The project is currently bootstrapped by the founding team using our own resources. We continue building through a combination of self-funded development, open-source work, and participation in buildathon and grant programs. Buildathons have been an important way for us to validate the product, receive technical feedback, improve the roadmap, and keep progressing toward a production-ready privacy wallet infrastructure layer. At this stage, our focus is on proving the technology, polishing the Android APK, expanding the B2B SDK/API services, and preparing Z0tz for broader adoption across dApps, protocols, and institutions.
