Job Summary:

  • As the Sales Head, you will manage the daily operations of the sales administration department, ensuring that all processes—from lead generation and sales tracking to contract management and reporting—are executed efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business goals. Your leadership will be critical in driving improvements and ensuring operational excellence, directly impacting sales performance in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales administrators. Guide team members in improving skills, enhancing productivity, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sales administration team, including the efficient handling of sales documentation, contracts, reports, and other essential records specific to real estate transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for sales administration, refining processes such as sales tracking, lead management, document control, and contract management to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that customer inquiries, sales leads, and other sales efforts are properly managed and tracked. Collaborate on developing strategies to meet sales targets and respond to market trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, contract statuses, and operational efficiency, offering insights to help refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all sales processes comply with industry regulations and company standards, particularly in areas related to contracts, documentation, and client data privacy.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage sales operations in the real estate sector. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate sales process, including lead generation, contract management, and post-sale procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, optimize sales operations, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales-related software specific to real estate.
