Technical Sales
- The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company's internal IT systems, supporting both software and hardware infrastructure, and delivering efficient technical support to internal users. The role also includes involvement in external IT-related projects and product implementations.
Internal Role:
- Hardware & Software Support
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software and drivers.
- Network Management
- Monitor and maintain office internet, routers, and switches.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and configuration.
- CCTV Monitoring
- Monitor and manage internal CCTV systems.
- Ensure footage is accessible and archived as needed.
- Mobile Device & Apps Support
- Assist with company mobile devices, email setups, and app installations.
- Provide support for productivity and communication apps.
- Installation Tasks
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT equipment.
- Perform system installations and configuration for new employees or reassignments.
Outside Role:
- Pre & Post-Sales Technical Support
- Provide technical support for Canon DMS and other IT-related solutions.
- Assist the Sales Team during client presentations, installations, and after-sales service.
- Solution Implementation
- Collaborate with clients on the setup and implementation of IT-related solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Familiarity with surveillance (CCTV) systems and mobile device management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team under minimal supervision.
