Responsibilities:

  • Defines clear job profiles and duties and responsibilities.
  • Set simple and performance driven compensation strategies and compensation policies.
  • Create direct communication channels for smooth flow of information.
  • Build a friendly but professional corporate culture and drive the engagement of all employees.
  • Develop talents thru training and seminars that will enhance their capability and expand their knowledge for them to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Fill vacant positions
  • Identify talents from the existing pool of employees for promotion or advancement.
  • Ensure compliance of all departments to company policies.
  • To continuously come up with improvements that can be implemented to the company policies.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies, and due process in handling employee disciplinary measures and conduct administrative hearing and investigations if necessary.



Specific Duties:

  • Maintain and update 201 Files of employees.
  • Screening of resume of applicants for possible candidates.
  • Administering of exam and conducts initial interview for qualified applicants.
  • Performs background investigation of applicants.
  • Checking of exam and preparation of Applicant's Profile.
  • Arranges/process pre-employment requirements of qualified applicants.
  • Preparation of contracts, letter of branch assignment, basic training manual. endorsement to IT Department for biometrics.
  • Orientation of new employees.
  • Reporting of newly hired employees to government agencies such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig.
  • Prepares, checks and summarize Daily Time Record of employees.
  • Updates leave balance of employees.
  • Preparation of payroll and payslip.
  • Prepares monthly remittances and loan payments to government agencies.
  • Process clearance, last pay and retirement benefit of resigned employees.
  • Prepares BIR annual reports such as Alphalist and BIR From 2316 of employees.
  • Prepares reports/letters to BSP, PDIC and DOLE.
  • Coordinates with third-party vendor regarding employee benefits such as life and health insurances.
  • Prepares various memo, certifications and correspondence related to HR.
  • Conduct/facilitate in-house trainings and seminar in coordination with Marketing Department.
  • Handles company events.
  • Responsible for updating of HR Department manual and Table of Organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills (written/oral)
  • Organizational, monitoring, and negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
