Provide text-based consultation and answer services to platform users via email, online chat or work orders, and solve various problems users encounter when using the platform.
Provide professional platform product consultation services for platform customers.
Calm customers down, improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
When necessary, record the content of customer inquiries and reflect customer demands to relevant departments to achieve product optimization.
Provide customers with system and product updates to ensure they are promptly informed of all significant changes.
Other matters assigned by the leader.
Have a strong sense of service. It is preferred to have experience in providing support and services to customers.
Good teamwork and execution ability, with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
Those with a background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) are preferred.
Prior experience in web3 customer service is preferred.
