Job Summary

The Trade Marketing & Admin Specialist is responsible for supporting trade marketing initiatives through activity monitoring, data management, distributor coordination, POSM deployment tracking, and administrative reporting. The role ensures the timely execution of promotional activities, accurate documentation, and effective communication among internal teams, distributors, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in trade marketing, sales support, merchandising, or administrative functions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to conduct field visits and coordinate with distributors and third-party agencies.
