Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to inquiries about products, services, pricing, and technical processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates across support platforms.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the product team.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, client support, or account servicing, preferably in the Fintech/Payment Gateway/Forex/Blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of financial services, digital payments, or blockchain solutions is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
