Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor
Location: NAIA, Pasay City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance personnel, monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and support operational efficiency through effective facilities management and preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, kitchen equipment maintenance, or related supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, preventive maintenance, and equipment management
• Ability to interpret Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong technical writing abilities
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including electrical load computations and technical data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
• Additional certifications, accreditations, or advanced studies related to facilities management are an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of performing site inspections and facility monitoring activities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement facility management programs that improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost control
• Supervise maintenance personnel and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems and equipment
• Evaluate and recommend equipment purchases, facility improvements, and operational enhancements
• Monitor compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with security personnel and external agencies to ensure facility safety and risk management
• Implement emergency preparedness procedures and facility response plans
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, tools, and machinery
• Monitor facility consumption, maintenance records, and operational performance data
• Review maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance resources are properly maintained and utilized
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, accomplishment reports, and equipment monitoring records
