Carry addresses three issues:

1. Holding stocks earns minimal yield (basically zero)

2. Liquidity providing in DeFi is complicated and comes with Impermanent Loss (IL)

3. Stablecoin yields are conservative

What does Carry do?

Carry unlocks real yield for stock tokens by matching them 1:1 with a USDG pool.

For a simplified LP experience, positions are autonomously kept in range with a custom Uniswap v4 “dualpool”-style hook, while idle USDG continues to earn yield on Morpho.

The result is a 2x leveraged LP position that greatly reduces IL and boosts yield.

How to use Carry

1. Deposit a Stock Token

2. Carry matches it 1:1 with pooled USDG into a Uniswap pool

3. Carry keeps the position in range with a custom v4 Hook (Dualpool)

4. Idle USDG earns APY on Morpho and Active USDG earns Morpho APY + Carry APY
