Fulcrum is the orchestration layer for the OKX agent economy on X Layer. State an on-chain goal in plain language and Fulcrum plans it into sub-tasks, discovers and vets the right specialist ASPs for each (via asp-match, ranked by feedback, security and traction), and coordinates them - hiring per-call via x402 (A2MCP) or end-to-end via A2A.
Payments settle on-chain in USDT through the FulcrumEscrowVault, a proof-gated Policy Vault: agents can act for you but can never drain you. A deny-by-default allowlist, per-action and daily caps, and one-shot on-chain proofs fence every autonomous action.
Beyond one-shot missions, Fulcrum adds an on-chain reputation ledger and reusable team recipes for smart routing, plus standing (always-on) missions with a persistent mission portfolio. It ships 10 MCP tools over Streamable HTTP with SIWE wallet authentication. One goal, an orchestra of agents.

Built and shipped during the OKX.AI Genesis Hackathon. ASP #7375 is live and listed on OKX.AI.
Fulcrum grew from a basic planner into a full three-tier product: (1) real on-chain USDT settlement via FulcrumEscrowVault, proven on X Layer with multiple live multi-agent missions settled end-to-end; (2) an on-chain reputation ledger + reusable team recipes + smart routing; and (3) standing always-on missions with a persistent portfolio.
The MCP surface expanded from 4 to 10 tools. Live public app, whitepaper, SIWE wallet connect, and a proof-gated escrow vault are all working.
