Kvara is an autonomous rent desk for shared apartments.

Roommates grant bounded MetaMask Advanced Permissions once, and Kvara later coordinates rent collection without asking everyone to sign every month. The app creates an apartment, stores roommate shares, requests ERC-7715 permissions through MetaMask Smart Accounts Kit, executes delegated Base USDC payments through the 1Shot Permissionless Relayer, and uses Venice AI to understand natural-language rent changes like temporary absences.

The demo shows a real rent flow: apartment creation, MetaMask permission grant, delegated rent-day execution, a confirmed Basescan transaction, and a Venice-powered rent split update.

Tiến độ hackathon

During the hackathon we built Kvara end to end.

We shipped a React/Vite frontend with a real-estate style landing page and a chat-first rent dashboard. We implemented MetaMask production wallet connection and ERC-7715 Advanced Permission requests using @metamask/smart-accounts-kit. On the backend, we built a Node.js/Express rent agent with Railway Postgres persistence, 1Shot relayer integration, scheduled/manual rent execution, status polling, and Basescan links. We also integrated Venice AI to parse roommate messages into structured rent actions and update active splits.

We tested the full flow on Base Mainnet using USDC and confirmed delegated execution through 1Shot with a real transaction.

Not fundraising. Kvara is currently a hackathon prototype built to validate autonomous household payments with MetaMask Advanced Permissions, 1Shot, Venice AI, and Base USDC.
