Symlyt is a user-friendly financial platform that makes crypto and DeFi simple. It enables users to access digital dollars, send and receive funds, and access DeFi earning opportunities while abstracting away wallets, gas, networks, and other onchain complexities.

Symlyt (pronounced “sim-lit”, derived from “simplify it”) is building a simple financial interface that makes crypto and decentralized finance accessible without requiring users to understand the complexity behind them.
Today, accessing onchain financial services often means dealing with wallets, gas fees, blockchain networks, transaction signing, liquidity, protocols, and unfamiliar crypto terminology. For many users-particularly those coming from mobile money and traditional financial applications, this creates unnecessary friction and prevents them from benefiting from what onchain finance can offer.
Symlyt abstracts this infrastructure behind familiar financial actions. Users can access digital dollars, send and receive funds, move between local payment methods and stablecoins, and access DeFi earning opportunities through a simple experience. Behind the scenes, Symlyt handles the complex onchain interactions required to execute those actions.
Arbitrum is a core part of Symlyt's onchain infrastructure, providing an efficient environment for transactions and access to the broader DeFi ecosystem.
Rather than building another crypto application that expects users to become crypto experts, Symlyt is designed around a simple principle:
The technology can be complex underneath. The experience shouldn't be.
Our goal is to make accessing onchain finance feel as straightforward as using the financial applications people already understand.
During the buildathon, we focused on strengthening Symlyt’s Arbitrum-powered abstraction layer and expanding the platform across Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain to deliver a more complete end-to-end stablecoin experience.
Our key areas of development included:
Improving the embedded wallet experience so users can interact with stablecoins without managing traditional wallet, gas, or network complexity.
Strengthening stablecoin sending and receiving across supported networks, including USDC and USDT on Arbitrum One and USDG on Robinhood Chain.
Expanding Symlyt’s P2P infrastructure to support USDG on Robinhood Chain alongside our existing stablecoin flows, improving access to on- and off-ramping through local payment rails.
Extending Symlyt Earn beyond our existing USDC and USDT earning experience through Aave on Arbitrum One by integrating USDG earning through Morpho on Robinhood Chain.
Improving the transaction orchestration layer responsible for coordinating wallet, network, token, P2P, and DeFi interactions behind the scenes.
Refining the Symlyt experience around our core principle: “Digital dollars. Not complexity.”
Demonstrating functional end-to-end flows across the Arbitrum ecosystem, from accessing and holding stablecoins to sending, P2P trading, earning through DeFi protocols, and exiting back to local payment rails.
The buildathon allowed us to demonstrate Symlyt as more than a wallet or individual DeFi interface. Symlyt acts as an abstraction layer between everyday users and the underlying blockchain infrastructure.
A user can access digital dollars through familiar payment methods, hold and transfer stablecoins, trade through P2P, and access earning opportunities through protocols such as Aave and Morpho, while Symlyt abstracts the complexity of wallets, networks, gas, token contracts, and DeFi interactions.
With Arbitrum One supporting our USDC and USDT flows and Robinhood Chain extending the experience through USDG, the build demonstrates how Symlyt can provide a unified interface for accessing stablecoins and onchain financial services across the broader Arbitrum ecosystem.
