Job Title: NetSuite / ERP Customer Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid (WFH/On-site but should be based in Cebu or willing to relocate)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a NetSuite/ERP Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll assist clients in resolving functional and technical issues, support day-to-day ERP operations, and help ensure customer success across various industries.
Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of ERP experience — we welcome all levels of applicants who are eager to grow and support customers using NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries via email, chat, or call
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate as needed
- Assist with user configuration, basic workflows, and data troubleshooting
- Document known issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with consultants and technical teams for deeper problem resolution
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn ERP/NetSuite functionality quickly
- Any experience in business systems (ERP, CRM, accounting software) is a plus
- Fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply

- Familiarity with finance, supply chain, or sales processes
