Position: Growth Marketing Associate

Number of hours: 20-40 hours/week

Tasks required:

  • Design and execute high-leverage, low-cost acquisition strategies that drive sustainable user growth.
  • Implement A/B tests and funnel experiments to increase conversion at every stage.
  • Identify, test, and optimize diverse acquisition channels:


  1. Content Marketing & SEO: Build and scale organic traffic through high-value content.
  2. Community Building & Social Media: Grow an engaged following on key platforms.
  3. Affiliate & Partner Marketing: Develop relationships with influencers, partners, and affinity groups.
  4. Referral Programs: Launch and iterate on viral referral loops.
  5. Email Marketing: Build and segment lists; create drip campaigns that drive conversion.
  6. PR & Media Outreach: Generate organic buzz via press mentions and thought leadership.


  • Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to refine strategy.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to align growth efforts with product roadmap and company goals.
  • Keep tabs on market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in fintech and proptech.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and recommend strategic pivots.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally within a startup or scale-up.
  • Fintech Background Required: You’ve directly marketed financial products or services and understand how to build trust with financially vulnerable users.
  • AI Proficient: Comfortable integrating tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, and others into your growth workflow for testing, copy, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG).
  • Knowledge of first-time homebuyer journeys or mortgage industry trends.
  • Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or landing page optimization.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You think in growth loops, not just campaigns. You thrive on doing more with less.
  • Data-Native: You make decisions with confidence using data, not assumptions.
  • User-Focused: You understand user psychology and how to build trust and retention.
  • Fintech Familiar: Bonus if you’ve marketed financial services or personal finance products.
