MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Related Work Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in using martech tools, preferably Salesforce
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):
- Proven experience in CRM campaign management, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization strategies.
Skills:
1. Communication: Excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements.
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in various martech tools
4. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues on campaign set up to ensure excellent delivery
5. Project Management: Basic project management skills are valuable for coordinating tasks and meeting project deadlines.
6. Team Collaboration: Often work closely with cross-functional teams, so teamwork and collaboration skills are important.
7. Adaptability: The IT landscape evolves rapidly, so being adaptable and open to learning new technologies is essential.
8. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documenting requirements and campaign set up is critical to avoid errors during implementation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, such as business users and IT teams, to understand their needs and gather detailed system requirements.
2. Analysis: Analyze existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
3. Design: Create detailed system design documents, including data models, process flows, and user interfaces, to outline the proposed solutions.
4. Solution Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technology solutions or software applications to address business challenges and needs.
5. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that new systems or system enhancements meet quality standards and functional requirements.
6. Implementation: Coordinate the deployment of new systems or system updates, working with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system specifications, user guides, and process manuals.
8. User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use new systems and technologies.
9. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements as needed to ensure system reliability and performance.
10. Security: Ensure that systems and data are secure by implementing necessary security protocols and best practices.
