Business Development Manager

Rua Seguridad Corp. is seeking a talented and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market studies to identify potential business opportunities in line with the company's strategy.
2. Conduct research and development to create and improve new products and services.
3. Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party agencies to launch new products.
4. Manage pilot testing, production, and quality control for new products.
5. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing and selling strategies.
6. Lead and manage the team to achieve objectives
7. Increase margin, pricing power, GP and growth per SKU / BU

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
2. Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred
3. With technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and processes
4. At least five (5) years of experience in operations management/industrial engineering (supply chain, logistics, quality control, manufacturing) and two (2) years of experience in new product development/business administration
5. Innovation / Business Incubation experience is a plus
6. Must possess an innovative mindset and strong business acumen
7. Has the ability to lead a team 
8. Must be willing to travel nationwide
