  • Understand all systems which is supported by company help desk in order to manage INTERNAL Help desk operation as helpdesk IT admin.
  • Manage help desk office IT environment which is implemented in the Philippines branch to provide stable & secure environment to our helpdesk.
  • Manage and operate CRM system which is used in our help desk to be our helpdesk support more productivity and efficiently.
  • Manage system and service related helpdesk operation.
  • Manage analytics and reporting tools to provide accurate helpdesk analyzed data.
  • Manage and construct helpdesk environment base on user's request.
  • Propose improvement point, system issue of our supported system through the help desk operations
  • College diploma or degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in IT Helpdesk system management Technical Skills:
  • Windows 11, Mac (iOS/macOS) environment support
  • Cloud service management
  • Helpdesk systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow Soft Skills:
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication (English business level)
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, collaborative, and multinational environments
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Willingness for shifting schedules and emergency duty calls


PREFERRED/ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • Knowledge in Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Network basics
  • Data privacy laws awareness
