- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts.
- Help customers troubleshoot problems or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Record customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Education: At least a high school diploma or college level (any course).
- Experience: No prior experience required — fresh graduates are welcome or OJT experience in Customer Service.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Basic computer knowledge (can navigate email & simple systems).
- Ability to multitask and handle stress.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
