Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and office operations. Ensures efficient HR and administrative processes to support organizational goals.

Recruitment & Staffing


Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).


Develop talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce needs.


Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and universities (if applicable).


Employee Relations


Address employee queries and resolve workplace conflicts.


Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.


Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Performance Management


Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.


Assist in developing KPIs and career development plans.


Compensation & Benefits


Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits (insurance, leaves, etc.).


Conduct market research to benchmark competitive compensation.


Training & Development


Identify training needs and organize L&D programs.


Track employee training progress and certifications.


Administration

Office Operations


Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.


Oversee vendor contracts (cleaning, security, catering, etc.).


Compliance & Documentation


Maintain employee records (physical/digital) and ensure data privacy.


Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.) for management.


Events & Culture


Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.


Promote corporate culture and internal communications.
