Description
Tech Toppers or Tech-Barista are responsible for the daily operation, management and responsible for the upkeep, machine supply management and minor repair of Ella machine / Kiosk.Monitor the level of stocks inside the machine and refill when necessary.
- Daily Cleaning of Ella / Reading of Kiosk: Conduct daily cleaning of Ella Machine and the Kiosk. Ensure that cleaning of machine is done before the operation starts and after the closing.
- Conduct Troubleshoot: Conduct minor trouble shooting of the hardware when necessary.
- Customer Engagement: Assist or cater to customer inquiry before/while and after ordering in the Kiosk or App.
- Stock Requisition: Ensure that all stocks are full and request stocks from the Supply Chain Management Department before stocks runs low.
- Team Collaboration: Closely collaborate with the Operations, Technical and Supply Chain Department for smooth transaction and with other departments when needed.And other task that may be given from time to time.
