SAP Sales and Distribution Specialist

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations and optimizations across SAP Sales and Customer Experience (CX), Sales Order Management (SD), Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) with Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Transportation Management (TM). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline order-to-cash processes, and optimize logistics operations.

SAP Sales and CX

• Implement and manage SAP CX modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Customize customer engagement workflows and dashboards
• Integrate CX with SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms
• Analyze customer data to improve sales performance and retention

SAP SD Sales Order Management

• Configure and support SD modules including pricing, billing, and delivery
• Manage customer master data, quotations, and order processing
• Collaborate with MM, FICO, and PP modules for seamless integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues

SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)

• Design and configure CI processes including billable item management, billing, and invoicing
• Integrate CI with Subscription Order Management (SOM), FI-CA, and Convergent Charging
• Support BIT classification, discounts, taxation, and reconciliation
• Provide functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers

SAP TM Transportation Management

• Configure TM modules for freight planning, carrier selection, and charge calculation
• Integrate TM with SD, EWM, and FI for end-to-end logistics execution
• Lead workshops and training sessions for transportation planning and optimization
• Monitor system performance and support issue resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD, CX, BRIM CI, and TM
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA
• SAP certifications in SD, CX, BRIM, or TM (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
