Web Developer at Global Strategic

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
Optimize application performance through caching, query optimization, and improving load times.
Develop and integrate APIs for various services and ensure data exchange.
Implement and maintain web security measures to protect against common vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support to users and resolve application-related issues.
Manage incidents and outages to minimize impact on users.
Create and update documentation for system configurations, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
Manage tasks and deadlines effectively; participate in project planning and reviews.
Stay updated with industry trends and suggest process improvements.
Ensure application quality through testing and coordination.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Must have 3 to 5 years of web development and support experience.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Has experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET) and backend frameworks.
Has knowledge of SQL and experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Has understanding of performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, query optimization).
Familiarity with web security practices (e.g., preventing SQL injection, XSS, CSRF).
Has experience with version control systems (e.g., Git); knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
Has good communication skills and ability to work well in a team and collaborate across functions.
