Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)

• Lead the Power BI development team and drives best practices in report development and analytics.

• Define Power BI development standards and governance.

• Lead design and architecture discussions for Power BI solutions.

• Oversee Power BI report development and data modeling.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and testers.

• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance policies.

• Define, document and maintain stakeholder needs and expectations for the reports.

• Design, create, test and deploy user-friendly Power BI reports on the Fabric platform including data sets and data flow.

• Enhance and fix reports and data orchestration methodologies deployed in production, both as project Hypercare, as well as normal Production BAU.

• Ensure developed solution meets the specific business needs and requirements.

• Plan and manage product requests and releases against capacity

Set guidelines, monitor progress, make decisions, and report delivery progress to ensure alignment with business goals

• Intermediate to Advance Experience in Power BI

• With experience in Data Modeling

• With experience in Data Flow

• With experience in using HR Data

• Very good communication skills

• Good to have - Experience in MS Fabric
