法务合规专员

1. Work on internal projects and provide legal and regulatory support to our operations, marketing, products and R&D team with respect to existing and new products and services.

2. Review, draft and revise a wide range of commercial agreements, terms and conditions for products and services, disclaimers and warnings as required.

3. Respond promptly to a wide range of sophisticated legal requests and liaise closely with the legal and compliance team to ensure the prompt delivery of thoughtful and practical advice.

4. Communicate and negotiate with external stakeholders (e.g., third party service provider, regulators, external counsel, public authorities etc.) and facilitate Dispute Resolution process if needed.

5. Work on various legal and compliance projects and initiatives as required.

1. Bachelor degree or above in Law or related field and/or with 3 years+ PQE in legal practice. 

2. Previous experience in a related legal and compliance function within the financial services, Fintech or blockchain related industry.

3. Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance, policies, processes and procedures.

4. Interest in blockchain and digital assets, and willingness to work with other teams in a highly collaborative start-up fintech environment.

5. Well organised, detail oriented, presentable and with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Mandarin.
