Job Title: Data Analyst - Sales and Operations

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support our sales and operations teams by analyzing key data and providing actionable insights that drive business performance. In this role, you will focus on analyzing sales trends, tracking campaign effectiveness, and optimizing operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, improve sales strategies, and ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret sales, customer, and pubs data related to our products, identifying key trends and growth opportunities.
KPI Reporting and Dashboard Management:
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track the performance of sales, operations and other key metrics. Regularly submit KPI reports.
Sales Strategy Optimization:
- Work closely with GM, SM, OM and Product specialist to provide data-driven recommendations aimed at improving GEO strategies, product targeting, and customer segmentation efforts.
Campaign Performance Analysis:
- Measure and regularly evaluate pubs and vendor performance, tracking metrics such as ARQA and DR and overall performance of the geo.
Sales Forecasting & Operational Efficiency:
- Develop detailed sales and QA tracker. Collaborate with operations teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and optimize operations.
Data Integrity and Database Management:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining clean, validated datasets.
Automation and Process Improvement:
- Assist in the development of automated reporting systems to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry insights to support strategic sales initiatives and enhance market positioning.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analysis role, focus on sales and ops.
· Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of sales and ops forecasting and predictive analytics tools a plus.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
· Attention to detail when working with large datasets for accuracy and integrity in reports.
· Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
