HRBP Intern(Chinese Speaking)

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• Undergraduate is welcome to apply.
• Human resources management experience, experience in cryptocurrency or Internet industry is preferred;
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with employees at all levels and management teams;
• Ability to use data to support decision-making and be familiar with data analysis tools and methods;
• Familiar with the cryptocurrency industry and understand the industry dynamics and rapid development characteristics;
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to handle complex problems under pressure
