Sales Technician

• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring product knowledge is effectively communicated.
• Assist sales team in delivering comprehensive technical presentations to clients.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, undergrad are welcome to apply, with of Tesda NCII certificate.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in technical sales or support roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong technical support capabilities, excellent time management, and communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and assist the sales team effectively.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential travel to client locations for demonstrations and support.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen interest in technology.
